We have a wide range of welding procedures qualified by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as well as our own ABS qualified welders. We maintain stock of ship building grades of steel of various thicknesses up to EH36 grade with proper classification society stamp and mill cert as well as raw pipe, fitting and flanges from DN40 to DN600. Irwin Rotational Lining, can coat and refurbish pipes on short notice.

Irwin Rotational Lining (IRL) is the pipe refurbishment and coating division of Irwin Marine Services and was founded in response to the lack of quality coating and pipe refurbishment options at Chinese shipyards With certified ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 programs, we adhere to strict policies for safety, environmental protection and quality.

Our workshop and processes were developed from the ground up to meet the tight coating and refurbishment deadlines for periodic vessel dockings.
