SOx Scrubber Wash Line Overboard Pipe Block Complete

• Uniform 5-7mm PE lining on overboard pipe and shell plate.
• Interior DN700 flange machined to 3mm.
• Jotun F60 transition under coating for PE to hull paint transition.
• Shell plate PE lining is chemically and mechanically bonded by the addition of a 5mm piece of rebar welded to the shell plate around the circumference of the shell plate PE lining.
• Anticipated service life in excess of 15 years.
• 30 pieces on order from Singapore customer.
• This will become the SOx Scrubber open loop/hybrid standard!
